JudgeMarket is a platform where users trade OPS (Opinion Points, symbolized as Phi) on the reputation of historical figures and public personalities. OPS is a virtual point system used exclusively within JudgeMarket. OPS has no monetary value, is not a cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

2. Eligibility

By using JudgeMarket, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account. JudgeMarket is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate the market through coordinated trading, wash trading, or other deceptive practices
• Use automated tools to gain unfair advantage (except through our official API)
• Post harmful, abusive, or illegal content in comments or theses
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Impersonate other users or public figures

5. Disclaimer

JudgeMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OPS trading is for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Figure prices reflect crowd sentiment and do not constitute factual assessments of any individual's worth or character.

6. Intellectual Property

Biographical content displayed on figure pages is sourced from Wikipedia and is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License. User-generated content (comments, theses) remains the property of their respective authors, but by posting on JudgeMarket, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in market manipulation, or otherwise harm the platform or its community.

8. Limitation of Liability

JudgeMarket and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of OPS in your account at the time of the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JudgeMarket after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
